With extensive experience across Kuwait and the Middle East, my work focuses on supporting individuals, leaders, and organizations to grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. As a PCC-certified Executive Coach and Head of Learning & Development at FSHN Health, I work at the intersection of psychology, coaching, and organizational development, with a focus on leadership capability, communication effectiveness, and sustainable performance.

My background in mental health psychology shapes the way learning and coaching experiences are designed and delivered — practical, engaging, and transformational. This approach is grounded in evidence-based psychology and ICF-aligned coaching standards, with a strong emphasis on self-awareness, behavioural change, and performance under pressure.

In my role at FSHN Health, I lead the Learning & Development function, shaping learning strategies that align with organizational goals and performance priorities. I develop structured learning pathways, competency-based programs, and evaluation frameworks to ensure learning translates into meaningful and measurable impact. Alongside my organizational role, I provide executive and corporate coaching to leaders and teams across a wide range of industries.

I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. Over the years, I have delivered leadership, communication, and coaching programs for leading institutions across Kuwait and the GCC. I work fluently in both Arabic and English, offering culturally attuned support within professional and corporate environments.
