Natasha Hadeed

Consultant

II strive to create a compassionate and supportive space where individuals feel heard, validated, and empowered in their journey toward well-being. By fostering a safe and nonjudgmental environment, I aim to encourage self-exploration, resilience, and growth, helping individuals build the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

I am currently receiving comprehensive professional training to provide advisory and supportive sessions to individuals navigating emotional and life-impact challenges. I am particularly passionate about utilizing evidence-informed interventions to support those affected by mood-related challenges and promote overall well-being.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the network, I worked as an Assistant Consultant at the Center for Anxiety & Trauma in London, where I contributed to supportive programs and research exploring the cultural aspects of well-being. I also gained valuable experience at Wood Psychology in Montreal, where I supported operational coordination and assisted individuals in accessing the most appropriate supportive resources.

Alongside my professional roles, I have had the privilege of volunteering with several organizations:

Educational Support: Served as a Tutor & Mentor at the Taylor Adolescent Program, providing academic and social guidance to adolescents with learning and developmental differences.

Case Coordination: As a Case Manager at the Montreal Therapy Center, I provided support to individuals seeking advisory services and participated in trauma-informed case discussions with wellness professionals.

Mentorship & Community: Mentored youth at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal, promoting leadership and independence, and coordinated care for isolated seniors through the Telehealth Intervention Program, offering social support and building meaningful supportive relationships.

My academic and research work has primarily focused on childhood experiences, specifically how early life stress can influence personal well-being in adulthood. This research has deepened my commitment to trauma-informed support and understanding the long-term impact of significant life events.

In my current role at the network, I provide ongoing consultative services, allowing me to further refine and apply my specialized training. Alongside this work, I contribute to community advocacy by collaborating with the marketing team to shape educational outreach initiatives that resonate with diverse communities and promote a proactive approach to well-being. Fluent in both English and Arabic, I am dedicated to offering culturally sensitive support and empowering individuals to build resilience and lead fulfilling lives.
