My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every individual has the strength and capacity for change. I prioritize adapting my approach to meet each client’s unique needs while creating a safe, supportive environment for healing and growth. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust and empathy ensuring that clients feel seen, heard, and empowered in their journey.<\/p>\n

I earned my Master degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College, where I received intensive training in counseling skills with weekly individual and group supervision. During my clinical placement at The Home for Little Wanderers\u2019 Therapeutic After-School Program, I provided individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents navigating behavioral and mental health challenges. I utilized trauma-informed, collaborative, and culturally sensitive approaches to ensure comprehensive support for both youth and their families. I developed and implemented group therapy curriculums, biopsychosocial treatment plans, and clinical assessments while also providing advocacy services.<\/p>\n

In my practice at FSHN, I integrate evidence-based techniques, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Art Therapy. These modalities incorporate both cognitive and experiential approaches that help clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen emotional regulation, and cultivate healthier patterns of relating to themselves and others. By blending these various modalities, I am committed to creating a holistic and personalized framework that supports each client\u2019s unique journey toward healing and growth in the face of life\u2019s challenges.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
