Assistant Registered Behaviour Technician
Catherine Pagador is a dedicated RBT Assistant and a valued member of our ABA team. With over five years of experience working with children, she brings passion, energy, and expertise to supporting each child’s development during the ABA programs and the one-to-one sessions. Catherine specializes in working with children between the ages of 1.5 and 6 years old. Under the supervision and guidance of the Behaviour Analyst, Catherine implements behavioural strategies with consistency and care. She is highly motivated, driven, and committed to helping children reach their fullest potential.

Her core responsibilities:
- Toilet training
- Communication training
- Promoting appropriate play skills with kids
- Building adaptive skills (such as washing hands and brushing teeth)
- Providing additional support as needed during sessions

Your first appointment is designed to be a safe, comfortable, and supportive experience. During this session, our clinician will take the time to understand your concerns, medical and psychological history, and current needs. Together, we will discuss initial observations and outline the most appropriate next steps for your care.
