Psychotherapist M.Ed.

I am a committed Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with extensive experience across various professional settings in Lebanon. Since 2017, I have operated my private practice, where I specialize in diagnosing and treating mental and emotional disorders, conducting psychological assessments, and delivering therapeutic interventions with an integrative approach.
In addition, I have worked with esteemed organizations, such as Doctors Without Borders, where I provided mental health evaluations and psychotherapy. I have also facilitated psychoeducation and awareness programs on a wide range of topics, including trauma, positive parenting, early marriage, childhood adversity and many others aimed at helping individuals navigate mental health.
My experience spans working with diverse populations from various cultural and national backgrounds. I employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a focus on addressing childhood trauma, emotional dysregulation, and related psychological challenges.
I am deeply dedicated to uncovering and addressing the underlying causes of psychological symptoms to foster long-term healing and well-being.
