Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain accurate attendance and payroll records.
- Support the recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Ensure employee documentation is updated and well-organized.
- Prepare HR communications and assist with HR systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR operations (attendance, payroll, or recruitment).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
