Kim Dixon
Consultant
I am a Senior Consultant with more than twenty years of experience in consultative, educational, and private advisory settings. Prior to joining the network, I worked in specialized care settings at Lentegeur Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa. I also spent several years in Kuwait at Bayan International School (BIS) and Al-Bayan Bilingual School (BBS), providing advisory and support services to both Kuwaiti and expatriate communities.
My current focus includes trauma-informed support, Brain Working Recursive Coaching (BWRT®), women’s personal development, and wellness transitions during perimenopause and menopause. I also draw on contextual frameworks, offering support that is culturally sensitive, socially aware, and growth-oriented rather than diagnostic.
I provide online consultations, making my services accessible to clients in Kuwait, the Gulf region, and internationally.
I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and serve as an executive member of the Professional Society of South Africa (PsySSA). My approach integrates evidence-informed methods, including insight-oriented coaching, mindfulness-based wellness, somatic-informed techniques, and BWRT®.
