Nicole El Hawi

Consultant

I am a Senior Consultant with vast experience in providing personal wellness assessments and supportive frameworks. I have also had extensive training in the evaluation of neurodevelopmental profiles, including specialized expertise in utilizing the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-2 (ADOS-2) for comprehensive observation.

By incorporating integrative approaches, I help children, adolescents, and adults address a wide range of life and well-being concerns—from mood fluctuations to neurodevelopmental support and resilience after impactful life events. Based on each individual’s specific needs, I combine various supportive modalities—such as interactive play-based methods, cognitive-behavioral tools (CBT), acceptance and commitment frameworks (ACT), behavioral skill-building (DBT), and narrative-based support—to achieve optimum results and help individuals reach their goals.

A Focus on Growth and Skill-Building

I encourage individuals to learn new skills that help them manage life challenges, navigate intense emotions, and live a more fulfilling life. This includes guiding parents to better understand their children’s emotions and behaviors, as well as learning effective ways to communicate and navigate behavioral challenges.

Academic Contributions & Language

In addition to providing consultative services, I have published scientific articles on early support and intervention for neurodevelopmental profiles. I provide all services in both English and Arabic.
